Mixed Use Development

Completed the valuation of multiple parcels which were proposed for development with 26 single family rental cottages, 43 residential lofts/condominiums units and adjoining retail improvements. The property is situated along the Tennessee River in the downtown Chattanooga redevelopment district.

Rails to Trails
Easement Valuation

Complex assignment included the retroactive appraisal of a partial acquisition of easement rights involving multiple private landowners and a government entity. The land parcels had various uses, including; residential, agricultural, industrial and special use applications.

 

 

Clemons Lofts:
Office Tower Conversion/Mixed Use Development

Valuation of the acquisition of a former downtown office tower and retail building which was converted into office and retail suites on the street level and upper floor high end residential loft dwellings. The proposed development included 54 loft units and over 7,000 SF of street level retail suites.

Retail Portfolio

Recent portfolio valuation of NNN Investment properties located in the Northwest Georgia and Tennessee markets. The tenants included national tenants such as Pier One and Dollar General.

 

 

Industrial Warehouse Complex

Recent appraisal of an industrial acquisition involving an approximate 480,000 SF warehouse complex situated along a rail spur. The project was proposed for conversion of the property from single tenancy to a multi-tenant investment property.

Special Use Property

Valuation of the conversion of the former Newtown Chevrolet automobile dealership into the home of The Chattanooga Whiskey Company. The 46,000 SF facility was proposed to include industrial whiskey production areas, event and showroom space as well as administrative area.
