MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT

• New development along Tennessee River Downtown Chattanooga

• Various residential building types, single family,  condominium and townhome

• Project included market feasibility analysis for highest and best use of site

Completed the valuation of multiple parcels which were proposed for development with 26 single family rental cottages, 43 residential lofts/condominiums units and adjoining retail improvements. The property is situated along the Tennessee River in the downtown Chattanooga redevelopment district.
